We are taking the COVID-19 outbreak VERY seriously, taking all steps within our power to keep our communities healthy and safe, while continuing to provide uninterrupted service to our members. Our CSA will remain an extremely safe way to get your healthy, local, organic, nutrient-dense household groceries. Thus, the Summer-Fall 2020 CSA is filling up very quickly. Be sure to register and reserve your spot while there is still room left.
3-13-2020 — All CSA Shares are now being temporarily pre-boxed in brand-new, clean boxes for pickup at our scheduled CSA Pickups. Additional measures we are taking: We are serving members one-at-a-time, and applying guide tape to the ground to make sure that households waiting in line (if there even is a line at all) will remain at least 12 feet apart at all times. We are providing hand sanitizer, wiping down tables frequently, and wearing disposable gloves. We are no longer accepting cash, credit, or apple/android pay for add-on items at CSA pickups – instead we are emailing all bills to be paid with a credit card online. Our CSA Pickup set-up and flow has been carefully changed to mitigate risk. We are providing signage to make sure that all members understand our new protocol. We are taking every precaution to ensure everyone’s safety.
REGISTER FOR SUMMER-FALL NOW, before we’re sold out!
What is a CSA Share (AKA Farm Share)?
Community-Supported Agriculture (CSA) is a model that is growing in popularity. It provides a direct connection between a customer and farmer, and it’s good for everyone involved. The Farmers (that’s us) get important cash flow at the beginning of the season, and the Shareholders (that’s you) get the best assortment of local produce, eggs, meat, and cheese available, a healthy diet, a great deal, and a community of like-minded Members. Most of these Shares are designed to supply a 3-5 person household or 1-2 avid cooks. Don’t think you can eat it all? Share it with a friend!
“This is the CSA I’ve been looking for for years.” — Farm Member Jennie. What other Members are saying.
The CSA program is a great part of a healthy lifestyle, and a great way to be more connected in your community, eat healthier, and try new things. We exist to make it fun and easy to eat local, organic food.
