Summer-Fall Local Farmstead Cheese Share

– $124 –

We love these cheeses!

One share is at least two varieties of cheese–totaling approximately one pound–per month. Our choice.  Most of the cheeses are made from raw cow or raw goats’ milk, which means they retain all of their enzymes, nutrients and flavor.

Local Farmstead Cheese Share - Groundworks Farm

The cheese in this Share comes from the following Local Farms, among others.  All the cheese is amazing:

The back story…

We were inspired to put this Share together after meeting Jeremy Russo, who milks 100 cows at his family farm, and makes a great raw cow’s milk cheese.  He sells his cheese at his farm and to a select few co-ops and stores.  We love his cheese, but the only way we can get it is to drive a whole hour to his farm, which we can’t do regularly.

We find it’s hard to get cheese from all of these local farms, and it shouldn’t be, because it is so delicious.  With this Share we do all the leg-work and deliver some of the areas best artisanal cheeses right to you.

If you love cheese, we know you’ll love this Share.
